European flowers don't contain glyphosate as many of the US flours do. I only buy European flour to bake with.

You get what you pay for with Caputo flour. High quality flour with nothing harmful used during its growth and processing. Makes very tasty bread with a fantastic crust. I still use a blend of 150g of whole wheat to 350g of Caputo white flour otherwise the bread can be too filling.

Only order if you can open & use quickly. I put it in pantry, dealt with my sons health issues for several months, and when I went to get it from dry goods pantry it was empty- completely consumed by insects we had never seen before. Since it was in a closed pantry bugs weren’t spread through house yet. Tons of grubs on everything- everything had to be thrown away, closet washed from ceiling to floor. Bug bombed 2x and still they are popping up in random places throughout our house. I will never again order food from another country unless it’s canned!Buyer beware!!!

The most delicious wheat flour. It produces light and flavorful baked goods. Very highly recommend.

I just used this flour today to make bread, and so far I am very happy with this product. 5 stars

I just got the flour and as soon as opened it I could see bugs crawling everywhere. There were at least 6 or 7 that I saw and I'm sure more buried in the flour. And I can't get money back apparently. So flour is in the garbage.
