I LOVE IT!!
I LOVE IT!! Works right out of the box. The setup and configurations were simple. I was able to configure my surround sound, TV, cable box, Xbox One, and even my digital picture frame. Once you have everything setup the way you want, the remote is really responsive.... Dont get me wrong, the first couple times you turn on your appliances (switching back and forth from "Watch TV", to "Play Games", etc) the inputs may not set right, but the remote is really good and easy to correct those slight issues.No, this does not come with instructions on how to setup your remote...... So here are some starter steps:1. Unbox Remote2. Plug USB into your laptop/PC, and micro USB into remote.3. Go to myharmony.com4. Download the software for "Harmony Ultimate Home" (you'll see this when you go to the website)5. Create a Username/Password.6. Follow the prompts.Oh FYI, when you get to the part where you "Add Devices", you only need the "Make" (e.g. VIZIO) and "Model" (e.g. E701i-A3). That goes for any other devices you may be adding.Have fun with this....I know I am!

I wish they didn't stop making these harmony remotes. Nothing else came close when cheaper.

Refurbished and didn't work effectively. Gave me a very hard time trying to return it but eventually did the right thing.

These are okay remotes. I use these for clients outdoor TV's or where their dogs like to use them as chew toys. Cheap enough to replace and they do work pretty well. The more expensive ones go in the house.

Does not work well with TCL/Roku
Unit does not work well with my TCL and the Roku type menu. Once in Hulu, Amazon, etc. movement arrows /swipes seem not to work. Also, I could not sync remote at first with the PC. Turns out they provided a faulty USB cord. Worked fine when I swapped it out with one I had on hand.

Perfect Basic Cordless Phone
The phone is inexpensive, basic and works well. It has some of the bells but not the whistles. If all you need is a phone is is the answer.

Really like this remote
This is my second Logitech universal remote and I do really like it. The installation and setup is very intuitive. I was able to get the setup done in under 10 minutes. The one thing to know is that the Amazon Fire Stick will not work with this remote (found out the hard way) but that was my only issue.Highly recommended.
