Love It!
I bought this as a lightweight alternative to my Italian Officer's Wool Blanket (1lb vs. 5lbs) for bushcraft/backpacking. This thing is AMAZING and has surpassed my expectations in every way. I just ordered another one and plan to bring both with me from now on (one will replace my $200 ground pad). Also, these pack very small compared to other 100% wool blankets. Not to mention, they look great and my wife is constantly stealing it from me and won't leave the house without it.

Not made of wool
Item arrived looking significantly different from picture it was more of an OD green brown than a desert tan.Found a loose thread on one edge and I tried to since it off with a lighter. The thing caught fire, luckily I was able to pinch it out quickly, but this is definitely some synthetic plasticy material and not wool.

A great winter scarf- I first came into contact with these style of scarves while deployed to Afghanistan and boy was I grateful late at night after shift being able to throw this on and think about why I was where I was. Warm, durable, and they age so well.

Very versatile!
Great product! Been using this to supplement my cold weather gear. Works great as an extra layer, ground cloth, headgear, lap robe...etc. very, very versatile. Plan on buying a second one!

Too bad..
Too bad- the size of the shawl and the pattern are quite lovely. All the ads about this shawl indicate that it is made of wool. IT IS NOT MADE OF WOOL. It is a synthetic.Too bad.....wish they had been up front.
