Mattel Games UNO Disney Pixar Cars

My son and I love to play Uno, especially the themed ones. We had mostly been playing the Speed Racer version since we had our own little rule for the Racer X card that made it fun.This one introduces the Crash-up card, which is another fun twist. If someone plays that, you mix up the hands, and redistribute. Great when your opponent has just a couple and you've picked up a handful from multiple Draw-4 cards and such.The cards are very well printed, bright colors, and holding up well so far to our gameplay.

If you have a kid who is in love with Cars like one of my clients is, this is the best UNO game for them! I actually only bought this because he is a huge Cars fan. I've actually bought this game now twice. I lost my other deck and had to find a replacement. The crash card keeps the game going longer and is great when the other player only has UNO!! lol We play this game at least once a week while I'm with him.

She said UNO! with such happiness and a joyful expression. I looked at my cards and there it was, in my hand with the other 20 cards I had just picked up my previous turn from not being able to draw a blue card. It stares back at me, the crash card, saying "do it, play me".I slowly look up and catch her eyes, quickly her cheerful smile turns into fear from realization and then slowly into angst and plead. "Don't do this to us." She says. I take the card from my hand and hold it in the air, the backside of the card facing her, keeping the suspense. She doesn't know for sure what the card is, I could just be messing with her. That's what she hopes for at least. I stare at the crash card, contemplating if it's worth it. Again, I hear her say "Don't do this to us."I take the next 15 seconds looking at the crash card and then looking at her, then the crash card, then her.. I took a deep breath and placed the card down with no word spoken. Her face erases any previous doubt and angst and goes into full anger, her eyes piercing mine. "There is still time to take that back, don't do this to us" she says. I stand my ground. I moved the cards, distribute, whooped her butt and won the game. Couch was comfy.

This is our second deck of Cars UNO, we wore out our first one! My five year old is obsessed with this game and has been for two years. Helps with number recognition and strategy. We have started playing DOS (by the makers of UNO) and he has learned his addition facts through the tens family! Put down the IPad and play a real card game!😁
