Lightweight and rigid, the 6mm sintra is strong enough to make solid armor pieces and light enough to make the armor easy to wear. It sands very nicely, and it is easy to get a smooth finish. The thickness makes it hard to cut; I used an exacto knife but recommend a band saw if you have one. The sintra does not bend under pressure. It will break if too much pressure is applied. In order to bend the sintra you must heat it with a heat gun. Once it has cooled it will be solid again.This product is perfect for cosplay armor, and I highly recommend it. My only complaint is that it is not eligible for prime shipping, but that is understandable. It arrived sooner than expected and was well packaged.

excellent product besides the price, two layers of repellant waterproof plastic with a chalky filling, bends under manual pressure otherwise rigid.

I only got two boards not the amount in picture. Not foam boards like what you get for kids project, but HARD PLASTIC boards. Only thing that was right was the size. 2 feet x 4 feet...
