Not customer friendly.....
Two of my plants died and I messaged the seller about the warranty. They weren't courteous enough to even reply. I would think twice before purchasing from this seller.

2 out of 4 did not make it
I have a koi ping with lotus and peach lylies. Wanted to add more color to my pond and a month ago, I ordered the 4 pack. Two out of the 4 came up but the other two nothing. One with a different rhizome was mushy when I got it and was one of the two that did not make. Sent feedback to seller and heard nothing

The items I purchased individually spouted and are growing, but these in the multi pack did not.

Pond lilies!
These were delivered as tubers. They have been planted in a planter and are in my pond. There was already some new growth on each of the four tubers. Waiting to see if they will grow.
