It's a Contracts Book.

Excellent shape, better than advertised. Absolutely no internal writing, bent pages, busted spine. Shipping time was fine, and price was excellent, considering this is a book that goes for $140 brand new (which was basically the condition I received it in) at your local Law School book store.Material: well... It's a text book about contracts. Nothing too exciting in here.
