Nice product very convenient in viewing and interacting with the visitors and photo captured of every person ringing the bell. Very convenient to know who is coming to our home

Camera output issue
Easy to installed… but camera output is in black & white… not in RGB… it I happened only with me or product issue??? Don’t know..

BELL SOUND TERRIBLE, VIDEO QUALITY VERY BASIC, SWITCHES ON PANEL, NO DESCRIPTION . INSTRUCTION MANUAL WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL.

No customer support. Poor product
Product stopped working after just a month. Video became black and white, and bell stopped ringing. The company doesn't provide any customer support. There is not even a contact number.
