I odered this westinghouse remote to replace another & when I got it I was excited to finally being able to use tv again, NOP! It Doesn't Work, I'd Changed Batteries 5-Times. Straight out piece of trash. WHAT A WAIST OF MONEY!

We got this item and it works just like the original remote that came with the TV. Very satisfied!

The first one that I bought arrived broken and cracked. The delivery package itself was undamaged but the clear bag that held the remote inside was ripped so I suspect it was packed that way and was not damaged during delivery. I filled out the return info. It was to be delivered two days later but I actually got it the next day and it works great!

My 2nd remote stopped working. I was getting ready to order ANOTHER replace. Someone said they pressed OK and MUTE on their new remote to get it to work. I decided to try it on my old replacement remote. The old replacement remote is now working again.

Couldn't turn channel for days. I read. I came in mail. Just added batteries. I'm good.
