Firstly the bits are some of the best. No issues there. If this is all you bought it for, hit the damn thing with a hammer to get em out, its easier. You can stop reading here.Bit holder has a ridge for retention that is annoying af, (the magnet is enough!) but otherwise good. Haven't given it much use but seems sturdy. I won't be using it.Another star off for covering the whole thing in a sticker, basically making the interesting case design moot.Either stop ruining it with stickers or just ship it in a bag, this is ridiculous.TL;DR - Good bits, annoying holder, huge sticker that ruins the case.3/5. Issues should be easy to remedy if the mfg actually cares. You really have to wonder if a human at Milwaukee ever tried opening their own packaging and thought this was acceptable.
