Hard to judge efficacy
Hard to judge supplements like this, because they don't always have a night & day difference when taking them. For something that alleges to be preventative it's extra difficult to say, as you're hoping for something not to happen in the future.On the flipside: no negative effects taking this. Capsules are small and easy to swallow. Not the cheapest supplement for something that's hard to differentiate between a placebo, but it is on sale from time to time.
