I was already a huge fan of these chapsticks just because of their creamy texture and staying power. When I placed a recent order on Amazon, they arrived and the clear plastic package holding the chapstick had an expiration date not too far from the current date. I emailed the company directly that was on the back of the chapstick package and they very kindly and quickly mailed out replacement chapstick. For that reason, I’m now definitely a lifelong customer!

Gave this a try after the Burt’s bees just wasn’t cutting it anymore. (Idk if they changed their formula or what but just not as good anymore.) But I love this stuff it smells great, feels great and makes my lips super hydrated! 👍🏻
