Me encantó estoy satisfecha con mi compra

I was so excited ordering this Swatch for a birthday gift to my boyfriend, I have owned many many Swatches through the years all without any problems, ever. When I opened this Swatch I was surprised in a really bad way due to its packaging. Not only the packaging is so cheap, it falls apart, the plastic film that protects the watch and lets the buyer know it is new was already off! What happened to the nice sturdy hard plastic cases? This is such a huge turn off! I already told my bf he was getting this watch and was also superExcited and I had NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO GIVE IT TO HIM but I had to warn him of the packaging. You guys have lost a loyal customer and all because of: packaging. This watches aren’t cheap, instead of making things better you guys disappointed.
