Good build quality, keeps accurate time even after i dropped it a couple of times. Easy to use - after you have read the instructions. Loud ring and quiet ticking

Doesn't work, faulty piece delivered
The timer doesn't count down even after following the procedure mentioned in the manual. Set it to 55, then rotated to desired time, but it doesn't count down. Asked for replacement, but was not provided.

Almost returned.....but it works
Bell timer was not working, but then followed instruction manual on amazon-to first turn the timer to 55 mins clockwise and then adjust to the actual time you need. Then Bell sound will come. Otherwise you will only hear tic-tok sing that will gradually stop
