Failure after 6 Months
I purchased this on Jun 17, 2024. It lasted 6 months. In late November 2024 it started making extremely loud static whenever it was turned on. I changed from HDMI to optical connectors thinking the TV Arc output was bad. I disconnected all inputs and the static still occurred. Customer service will only offer to repair it, which probably means a refurbished unit. Shipping is at my expense. I have owned many B&W products (floor standing, headphones, computer speakers, portable Bluetooth speaker) and this is by far the worst product I have ever experienced. This is my last B&W purchase. Their use of cheap Chinese components has finally caught up to them.

Better options available at half the cost
The soundbar has a lot of power for sure but, at normal listening levels its lacking. If you are watching a true atmos picture then it is awesome at loud level. I returned it because it was defective making weird noises. No equalizer, no mid range and bass is punchy at high ranges but no for the lows so all and all it blows. Now, 9n the other hand the Klipsch flex 200 sound bar even at half the wattage has way better bass even at lower levels, and it's half the price. For every day tv the Klipsch is the way to go. If you like it super loud playing atmos supported movies and that is all you watch, then the panorama may benefit that individual. I'm not knocking bowers and wilkens but something was missed. Even if it was priced the same as the klipsch, klipsch would still be my choice. I've been an audio junkie all my life, so I know little. A few other things to note for the panorama. App is clunky, I have always had trouble with connectivity. It's like they got half way through the design and the engineers smoke a j and forgot to finish the rest of it. That is my take on the panorama. I hope this helps the next runner up. Bowers and wilkens is a fancy smanchy name in the audio field. Don't buy it because you think it will make your room fancier, you'll be disappointed.

Good choice for stand alone soundbar.
I was looking for a replacement soundbar for a Bose Soundtouch 300 that all of the sudden stopped working. Too replace the soundbar and the bass module as well as the outdated satellite surrounds, I would have been talking over two thousand dollars. I researched best stand alone soundbars hoping to find a bar that I would be satisfied with. This is how I became familiar with the Bowers & Wilkins Panorama 3. I have been using the bar for about three weeks now and am overall satisfied with it. The Panorama 3 is very easy to set up out of the box. I did make the mistake of using the same HDMI cable that I used in my Bose setup and lost sound at times or sound would cut in and out. Since switching to the HDMI cable that came with the Panorama 3 I've had no such issues. Overall I have rated this bar a four out of five stars because it really could use a bit more bass, but for me not a deal breaker. The only other issue for me is that the HDMI cable could be longer. I am happy with this purchase. I should get years of enjoyment from this bar. Overall very good sound quality.
