Birch & Meadow 1 Gallon Brown Teff Flour, Non GMO, Natural

We recently tried Birch & Meadow's 1 Gallon Brown Teff Flour, which is non-GMO and natural. The quality of the flour was outstanding, with its consistency and fine grind exceeding our expectations. This was evident in the delicious injera we made, which turned out great. I love to use ancient grains instead of all this crap out here. I brought one from whole foods that was amazing. This one makes my fried foods very dark but it still taste good so 🤷🏾‍♀️

I will be transferring the flour to another container. It took a lot of effort and frustration to get the lid off. I wouldn't buy this again just for that.
