Customer service was outstanding when I had questions about the product.
1. Clean the skin area. 2. Warm the sugar wax in a microwave. 3. Stir the wax until smooth. 4. Apply wax to the skin in the direction of hair growth. 5. Place a biodegradable epilation strip over the wax. 6. Firmly smooth the strip down in the direction of hair growth. 7. Quickly pull the strip off in the opposite direction of hair growth. 8. Reuse the strips by washing them with soap and water. 9. Soothe the skin with the provided chamomile oil if needed.
