Received a used, defective item that I returned. this retailer did not give a refund, instead I was charged a restocking fee equal to the purchase price so I wouldn’t get my money back. This place is a rip off.

Great night sleeps on this air mattress. I’ve used several types of air mattresses and this one ranks as one of my favorites.

Great Air Mattress... Terrible Customer Support... Missing pieces and was ignored.
My issue is a lack of communication about a faulty part that was sent.Let me start off by saying, this is a spectacular mattress. It holds air well and if you inflate it to capacity right before bed, it is better than a lot of regular mattresses.That being said, my mattress was delivered with a faulty air pump. I was told by Amazon to contact Coleman directly to address the issue. I filled out the form on Coleman's website and was told I needed to supply photos. I responded back, saying that I had no issue with the air mattress but that the (chargeable) pump was defective and included photos of the pump.It has been almost a month and I have STILL NOT received a response or new air pump that works. I am very disappointed as Coleman is usually a company I have a lot of respect for.Know that if you are buying this, you are risking not also receiving a working pump and that they will not send you a replacement.

It exploded didnt last for 30 days disnt want to botger to send back again dont want to waste time. i took thw loss on this one

Clearly used
There are better mattresses for better prices, but unfortunately isn't free refund, even with prime. Received an obviously used mattress (not original packaging and dirty). Don't buy!
