So, I decided to try this out myself. I was worried that the bugs would be alive like in a critter cage when emptying, but overnight, the bugs it catches die off instantly.I left this in my bedroom for one night to get rid of the flies and gnats. My room was cleared of bugs. The next morning, went outside to dump it all the bugs in it were dead (guess the vacuum suffocates them too). Left it the next night in the garage and all I can say is I assume a few hundred bugs met their death overnight.I also tried this in the living room where roommates keep the lights on all the time, it didn't work as well, so anyone saying it didn't work at all I assume it's because there were more than one light source on. You really need to have all other lights off in the rooms for the bugs to get attracted to it.It's fairly quiet, but even though it makes noise it's not annoying.

Works great, but I’m on my third one. First one lasted a week when blue light stopped working, second one last Almost 3 weeks when light and fan stopped working. It’s a great functional idea, but unt quality sucks!

this was a useless purchase, spent money on something that doesn't even work,,,faint fan inside.

I like that the light attracts the bugs it’s quiet and works very well
