I have used this product for few months and I have never seen any improvement. The Box however that it comes in looks like a million dollars. I work in a spa and have access to lots of product and have used lots of different high end products.Usually after any mask I see a difference. I would not recommend this. I should’ve returned it but I wanted to see if it would work overtime, it has not.I do recommend a few products I have bought here.Emeniince phyto greens hot mask, Emenince bamboo mask and vitamin c serum from Image. Save your money and try those things but RANAVAT Keep their fancy box of goo!

Like all Ranavat products, the fragrance is just AMAZING! I could literally just smell the products all day long. However, despite using this product for two months, I saw no visible change or improvement on my skin. The price point for a product that is beautifully packaged and smells good, but does not work, is too high. I will not be buying again.

The few Ranavat products I have bought (directly from their website) work really well, but for being so pricey, this company has HORRIBLE customer service. It does hurt me to write this negative review, but I have to get it out (especially after talking to others and realizing this has happened to them as well). I recently ordered the resurfacing mask ($75), but received moisturizing cream instead. This oversight on their part has now become more work for me. When I emailed customer service, they told me that they would give me the moisturizing cream ($95) at a 20% discount or send me a shipping label and I could send it back and then they would ONLY THEN send me the mask.Now this doesn’t seem like it that big of deal and it’s not about the money at all, more the principle of the matter. About a year ago, I had ordered the saffron serum and it never came. They ended up sending me a new one, but told me that I would have to send the other one back if it ever came. The same thing just happened to my sister in law as well with the serum never arriving, but customer service swore it did. This multi million dollar company can afford to part with a product or two in good faith with their customer base. This company is way overpriced but I have let it go in the past because their products are good, but it’s safe to I will not be ordering their products anymore.

I wish I had found this sooner. It's perfect and makes u fresh and hydrated
