I really enjoyed the flavor of this hot mustard, easy to add to whatever dish I'm making and the flavor is right on point, not too hot, perfect flavor. Just what I was looking for.

I bought this a s a gift for my boss, after he complained that the Chinese restaurant they get lunch at doesn't have hot enough mustard. This is good hot stuff! Yum!

If you chase that feeling that shoots up into the sinuses and clears it, you need not look further. Combine this with some chili oil and you are a delicious duo. Goes well on everything. Start slow as you don't need much to get that powerful kick. Flavor is to be expected for a mustard.

We LOVE hot Chinese mustard on our take-out food, we always ask them for the good hot "house" mustard and not that junk in the little packets. Occasionally they forget to put it in our bag, and also sometimes we make homemade stir-frys and egg rolls, so forth. So it makes sense for us to have this on hand.( We also love really good extra hot Wasabi. )We've tried several brands of mustard who have claimed to be hot and we were disappointed. This brand is good because it does have heat. I like to add some of this paste to honey mustard, too, to create a good sweet hot blend for a charcuterie board. If you've ever tried the brand Beaver sweet hot mustard ( yum!) That's pretty much what I blend up for the snack tray.So far this is the best hot mustard paste I've found. We wouldn't mind if it had even a little bit more heat ... even still but it's really good. Besides If you go too hot, you can't taste the food any more. I recommend it.Oh, btw ours arrived fresh and expiration date isn't for over a year away, so yes it's definitely fresh.

Delicious mustard for adding to crispy gau gee, wonton, mandoo, and for adding a little spot onto anything you eat in ramen and hot pot items. It has just a little bit of sweetness. And I don’t water it down with soy sauce. Like I usually do with powdered mustard paste. I will always buy this Korean style mustard paste. I just squeeze a dot into my bites.

Authentic "Chinese Hot Mustard" taste that I love that is so hard to find these days (with the right heat)..It's a paste so you can easily control how much to use....

This is the real deal. When I by hot mustard at any grocery store,it's blah. Not like the hot mustard at a Chinese restaurant. Just try it. Although is a paste, it's amazing.
