my controller fits like a dreamperfect case for denon prime 4

Was happy with level of protection, fit and strap. Its a heavy controller and some flight case options make it a brick.

The controller does fitBit the case is way too big only 2 small bits of foamSo still moves aroundNo where to store the Wires without scratching your controllerFor 99.00 tbh not valueThere are more out there for similar money which I will be purchasing as I paid 1000.00 for my controller and extra 100.00 for case which tbh is no use except to keep the controller in not really for transportation

Shoulder straps are prone to snapping. Mine snapped whilst carrying and has caused damage to my controller (I’ve only had the bag about 6 months and used once a week)These cases are also universal despite saying they are for specific controllers in the title/description. They provide no support for the controller at all (hence why my controller now has dials mashed in from the drop when the strap snapped). My friend who also had a Protekt carry case also has the shoulder strap snap.Build quality is okay overall but is not worth £100 even if the straps didn’t snap. It’s only made from a relatively hard outer shell and some thin foam inside.

This is tough because we have a lot of Protekt stuff and it is well made but probably is more to do with our requirement.a) the fit with the Prime 4 plus is quite tight and so we worry about the controls and bits that stick outb) being so large it does deform and so does not give the same protection as a proper flight case when travelingc) it does not pack into a full events van easily where a proper flight case would.So, as with all Protekt stuff it is well made. The zips work well. It has a good amount of foam and general protection for casual knocks in and around a studio.However, this is too big for this style of controller and a proper flight case is a better option and not too much heavier.Recommended for light use but not for day in day out event carriage
