It's a great book alot to learn from it

The phenomenal impact that the wealth of Sudhguru’s experience and insightful wisdom had on the young people. At a crucial time when young people are making decisions that will shape their lives and careers, this wisdom will help them to have the most fulfilling lives. For parent to have Sudhguru’s resources and experiences will be an excellent tool to be of assistance to the children.

Firstly a great delivery by Amazon, got it within one day of the release.The book brings up the questionnaire of the youth across India, and although I’ve read only a few of the first pages till now, I think its something each young individual should give a read.Will update as I read!UPDATE: Went through half of the book. Being a young person, I think this book gives a lot of clarity on various topics on which the youth struggles and thinks about. Sadhguru’s perspective on all of these situations is really an out of the box way! Never thought some of the things can be seen in a way you’ve never evn thought of! I will recommend this book to every person in his youth. Will definitely change the way you think!Sadhguru absolutely nailed this!

You could be struggling with whatever it is in life, but with this book it can turn you in the right direction. Often we like to shape reality to our convenience, though if you read this without any of your own opinions and views, then there is a possibility to transform your life for the better. I personally watched the video version on YouTube first, and then got the book. And I can confirm it doesn't matter which medium you choose, what matters is a willingness to come in touch with reality of our existence. If you have that much, then there is something incredible waiting to come into your experience. I'm saying all of this with my own first hand experience of it :)
