I bought this device, as in photos BSNL logo was shown and in description as well it was mentioned that it supports all networks. Unfortunately after connecting it with my BSNL sim and login on to the admin panel, it only shows Cellone name under the network description, but no Data transfer happens. I even tried many manual entries of APN setting, after verifying them from online sites but none of them works.Pros:1. Device looks fantastic and has very nice designs .2. Packing was nicely done and no scratches were their on the device.3. Noosy sim card and pin ejection tools were provided with the packing to help us in setting up with anytype of sim cards (min/ micro/ standard).4. Easy to setup device with any type of 5v output source (laptop/ mobile chargers/ power banks)Cons:1. Device doesn't support BSNL sim cards for Data network and hence you can't use BSNL internet on this device (this is the major reason i am returning it back).2. Complete APN settings options are not available (like dialing *99# for BSNL network).3. Roaming option for Data Network is not available in the admin panel.4. After putting the device on reboot from admin panel, the device doesn't reboot always and even admin panel doesn't refreshes automatically after device rebooting.Overall this device might be good for other networks, but not at all compatible with BSNL Data services. Those who are looking to buy it for BSNL internet services, please go for unlocked Airtel wifi modems or BSNL Data Cards.

The product stop 🛑 working in nuts 3 months, all rhe LEDs are working, Creating wifi zone but no internet running. 1st 3 months work fine. not value for money in ₹1700, It deserve under 300 value

Before I reviewed, I have left some negative feedback about this product and service. After that seller contact and responding me and they rectified the issue. Now device is working properly... In Modern days, customers expecting quick response and service. I also expecting this. Thank you so much for the service...

It is not working properly with my jio sim from 2 days its not transmitting data and showing no internet connection in mobile phone network is coming but when I am inserting sim into dongle there is no network connection.

Please note: This product works fine only if you have excellent SIM Network at your intended place.So far working fine as expected.Easy to use and does the job to work anywhere (Make sure you have Network signals 🙂)

Save yourself the stress, do notbuy this especially the white colour.Is Not working and when I try to contact the number they inserted inside the carton they were totally ignoring to offer any kind of solution, they mistakenly answer my first call after that they never pick up my calls again, be careful what u purchase online.Amazon is just using their platform to help people to sell their useless goods.

This device is useful for those who need portability , economy and internet speed...You can use any SIM except BSNL...Use the provided SIM adapter for micro or nano SIM that you may have...You can connect to USB port of your laptop or pc and it will directly start internet connection without wifi...Or you can connect to a power adapter that has USB port and use through wifi...Signal strength varies..Sometime loses network and internet is gone but most times connectivity and speed is good...A good solution to replace wired broadband if you are ok with limited data packs per month
