Poor customer service
The auto cut off is erratic. Despite regular attempts to contact customer care over phone/WhatsApp, there is no response. Apparently they have no cover in other cities. I am stuck, though product is in warranty.

Item has no temperature regulator as shown in images. My item is not working for 2 years too
No temperature control valve. I need replacement as my item is not working within warrenty period. Happy if the vendor can replace it.
