Throughout Europe Gedore has an longstanding reputation for making highest quality torque wrenches and this one here is no exception.I consider the range of this wrench to be very practical as I also own a torque wrench specific to low torque specs and one that covers high torque specs that exceed the upper limit of this Gedore wrench.The accuracy of this wrench is awesome, you’ll get what you pay for. When you set it to the torque specs listed in your vehicle’s shop manual you can be confident that it will tighten the bolts to exactly that spec.Single direction torque wrenches tend to be more accurate than reversible ones and that’s why I prefer working with them. The majority of my work is on right turn threads and so I rarely need to switch around the 1/2” square around. It’s not hard to do either.If I’d lose or break this tool I’ll buy it again on the spot.
