These lever handles complement my artifacts spout perfectly and they turn easily on/off (SEE UPDATE)
The media could not be loaded. SEE UPDATE:I have been wanting a new faucet for a long time and finally needed to replace my old fixture due to corrosion. As a result, I purchased these lever handles along with the corresponding Artifacts spout through a contractor knowing I was paying a lot more but I did it for the ease of purchase and the lifetime warranty he gave on his services.Nevertheless, I have been using these handles for awhile and am very happy with them. I believe they complement the spout nicely. They are also easy to turn on and off. Although, I did find fault with the spout, I have not found any fault with these handles so far.UPDATE March 7, 2019 - Although I love the handles and flume faucet, I can no longer recommend this ensemble. Since Amazon deleted my faucet review I am posting my comments here. The Artifacts faucet has water flow issues. When it was first installed, the faucet overflowed water onto the sink even when the handles were not fully engaged. However, after about three months, the water flows slower and the handles have to be engaged 100% as can be seen in the video. Unfortunately, Amazon only allows me to post one video, so I'm posting the latest low flow video. It might not look bad here but believe me if you saw it when it was new, the flow has slowed more than 50%. I do not believe it is related to the handles, so I am leaving that review at 5 stars.UPDATE March 29, 2019 - Shortly after my post above, I contacted Kohler about the water flow issues with the flume faucet. They were responsive and actually sent me parts that they thought would fix it. However, I sent them both of my videos. When first installed, the water overflowed on to the counter and increased in pressure when I opened the handles more. However, after three months it slowed to what you see in the attached video. I found out today, that what you see in this video is actually the way it is supposed to be. The contractor tested the current parts before using the replacement ones and the results was full flow as long as it was not coming out of the spout. We then made sure the aerator was not clogged or full of debris. He had trouble getting to the aerator which is in the back of the long spout. What they call an aerator is actually a tiny circular sponge (like a 1 cent item) the size of a nickle and about one inch. He took the aerator out, and the water flowed like it did when it was first installed bubbling over onto the counter. He put it back in (note it was clean and no debris was in the aerator when he took it out) and the water flowed slowly as seen in this video. We assume the sponge was seated incorrectly during installation of the new faucet and just set itself correctly after three months of use. There are several take-a-ways here. First, I wish Kohler customer service were more knowledgeable about how this particular faucet is supposed to work. For instance, they should know that if the water bubbles onto the counter, then the aerator is either missing or incorrectly installed. Also, they should know that the flow NEVER changes no matter how much you turn on the handles. Second, I wish they told me the aerator was a cheap sponge in an over $1,200 faucet so that I could have perhaps bought a tool to extract it from the faucet without trying an extended reach magnet. The aerators I have seen previously are metal or mesh like but I am not sure if they are magnetic as I am not a plumber. Three, anyone who buys these type faucets have to realize that water flows like a waterfall where the flow never changes unless debris clogs the aerator or a part fails.I give the entire ensemble's functionality 3 stars, artistry 5 stars, Kohler responsiveness 4 stars (sometimes they took a couple of days to respond), and Kohler customer service knowledge of this faucet 2 stars. I'm leaving this review at 5 stars because it is for the handles. I am somewhat disappointed in my purchase due to the expense but I do love the artistic quality of the ensemble.UPDATE - I'm so sorry I purchased this ensemble that goes with the flume spout. The water keeps going lower and lower until it is like someone is spitting out of the sink. I cannot recommend this because the water just dribbles out of the faucet. I have no idea if it's related to the handles or the spout. What good is a Kohler lifetime warranty if one has to pay the plumber over and over again.
