Honors warranty + fast replacement
It worked fine for three months, and then stopped charging. It was outside the Amazon return window. Reached out to the company for warranty replacement. Promptly received charger. The company also sent a spare charger. I was delighted. I am giving high marks based on the customer care.

used sparingly for a year, then broke, but they gave me a full refund, so all good
the charger seemed fine when i used it sparingly for a little less than a year (maybe 5x in total), then it stropped working while i was travelling, which was hugely annoying, but they gave me a full refund, so all good

Does not work consistently
I don't usually write reviews, but I had to for this poor product. I have a Dell XPS 13 9310, and this charger plug does not charge most of the time. Luckily we have another Dell and I could use that plug, but it seems like I had to plug it in with an official Dell charger first, unplug it, and then plug this generic plug in and it would start working, but then later it would get confused (or after computer went to sleep) and stop working again. I betcha it has something to do with Dell software or compatibility. With that being said, I would not buy this plug and I would recommend you go with a Dell OEM plug, because this generic plug is an absolute waste of money.

UPDATE: SEE BELOW Charger overheats BIG TIME while charging laptop
UPDATE: The mfr sent me another charger after this review. It works wonderfully. They did not charge me to change to the 65W version of the charger. I'm very satisfied with the way that they handled my complaint with such speed. That is the true mark of a good company/product.I can't leave the charger plugged in without worrying. It gets so hot that I think it's going to burst into flames. If the computer is in use and the plug is in, the block gets so hot as well as the cord plugged into the computer which makes the laptop hot as well. In order to not overheat (it still gets pretty warm), the laptop has to be off. I always make sure the laptop and charger are on a surface that won't melt or catch on fire. I wouldn't buy this brand again. My laptop is a Dell XPS 13, so it's not a big laptop.

Works great, XPS 13 did not flag as "non Dell power supply"
Works like the supply that came with the XPS 13. Which is should, power over USB-C is meant to be “plug and Play” (I was part of that Standard committee), as long as the power deliver rating is appropriate for the device to be powered (laptop in this case). One thing I will say, however, is that the product instruction manual is poorly implemented, VERY small font and poor grammar, although the information is generally correct. In this case, I think OEM is missing a opportunity to build a reputable brand with such unpolished documentation. Take a hint from Anker for example.Another thing to note, I believe that the plastic wrapping of the supply should be removed prior to use. Keeping the plastic wrap in place raises the temperature of the supply, because this clear, shiny plastic wrap has a lower thermal emissivity (the ability to radiate heat to cool the device) than the black plastic used for the supply enclosure, and the air gap between the supply and plastic wrap also acts as an insulator. And also, while some folks have a funny idea about keeping their possessions looking “new” by keeping the shipping wrapping on, this might only help to cosmetically tarnish the supply case, because the weak adhesive used for the shipping wrap can harden over time and then may not fully release from the product. So take of that darn wrap and enjoy the beauty of the product as it was meant to be.

It Fails with 2 months.
this product has only 30 return policy, I have purchased 2 and both failed within 6 weeks 2 weeks after return limit.i would not recommend this item to anyone.the failure is in the same area, where the cable is connected to usb c. The indicator light goes out, then the charging light on the Laptop will not light.if you squeeze and push the connector into the computer and hold it - it charge.this indicates the wire is broken or the connection in the usb c had came apartdont buy
