Great Product, Excellent After Purchase Support
This is a great circuit breaker enclosure and definite cost and time saver for anyone considering a project involving DIN rail mounted miniature circuit breakers. My particular project involves DC power distribution for a solar project, but this box could easily be used for a traditional AC power project as well.To be honest, I didn't even know that these enclosures existed. I was planning on building my own which would have required buying an enclosure, din rail, ground bars, cutting, measuring, fitting, etc. With this enclosure, all of that is already done for you and done well! Four screws hold the cover in place quite securely and the cover fits snugly around the miniature breaker housings leaving the operator handle exposed and covering the terminals making them finger safe. A rubber gasket is provided between the cover and lower half of the box. The door seems quite stout and also includes a rubber gasket around the edge. With the door closed, it does appear as though the enclosure could withstand some light weather if installed outside. I'm not using the included power/ground bus bars but they do look well made. Overall, I'm really happy with this enclosure purchase. It drastically simplified my efforts and improved my design. I bought the 18 slot enclosure so I've got plenty of expansion space to work with but could easily see myself buying another one of these from this seller should I need to expand. I should also mention that upon arrival my enclosure was missing several of the spare slot covers. I contacted the seller and they helped me out promptly. Great product and great customer service!

Not a lot of knockouts for wires, but is easy to drill holes any where.
This is a handy box for installation of small breakers for a solar panel and regulator. Makes the install look professional.

Great product and even better service
I'm writing this review to provide some information that other people have mentioned about. For my own application I need 3 slots and this product is the closest one I can get with good reviews. Overall it's a great product, yet for me the biggest issue was that it didn't come with slot covers, and with one slot not cover it would pose great hazards. I therefore reached out to the seller and not only did they respond extremely quickly but they also explained things clearly and provided all the help that I needed. For everyone's information, they told me that their older products didn't come with the slots but per customers' request they're adding slot covers to all new inventories. For whatever reason mine didn't come with any, and since they didn't have a way to send just the slot covers, they sent me another product that they were sure that should have free slot covers. I received the package in just a couple of days and the free slots fit nice and snug.Just want to share my experience with everyone and note that you shouldn't worry about older reviews stating that slot covers were not included.

To long for water sealing. Busbars lacking for 4Gauge wire, lacking in general actually.
DIY solar grid setup. Already have solar panels providing me with 240 Amps of 12v power. Improving how they are wired together inside my home. Always use busbars and breaker switches with wires showing screwed to a wall. So first time actually purchasing a box to enclose any sort of wiring. Bear with me on this review as I was curious and skeptical how it would work out in the first place.I am not using this outside and I did not plan to. Though, I sort of wish it was actually water tight.I purchased the 18 way box. The cover is secured by four screws in the corners. It should be secured by six, two top and bottom in the middle would make it so the rubber seal actually presses against the plastic. Instead, with only four screws. Water can get in through the middle of where the box and cover meet. Well, supposed to meet, because I can see through a small gap where the seal does not touch the cover.Besides that, the only other issue I have are the busbars. There are only two of them. Each rated for 63Amps. I will be dealing with four times that amount, so having only two is a problem. And the company does not sell extra bars. Nor do they handle 4Gauge wire. So, I will be bypassing the busbars all together and running another box to join the 15 amp wires and breakers into 4Gauge wiring for 60 amp breakers. Don't really mind that much, as I can install another box for the 60 amp breakers. Would make it look more organized when people look at it I suppose.Though this does force me to get creative in combining wires inside of another box and then waste more wire bringing the power back for the 60 amp breakers or to another box. Would be nice if the bars handled bigger wires. Or at least the company sold extra bars, with a variety of wire size handling. Though I already have the bars in my current setup, works out I suppose. But, that's one of the problems of ordering things offline. Don't get to examine the product. So guess this is on me. Well, the wire size problem. Not the lack of bars or the water seal problem. The box is plastic, and being in the sun you expect it to get heated. Plastic likes to lose shape, so long plastic will bend. Six screws to secure the cover should have been a no brainer. This does, however, allow me to have 18 slots for 15 amp breakers. So, I suppose it does help tidy up my wall of switches and wires a bit. Two more boxes, one for bars and one for 60amp breakers, probably won't be so bad in the long run of things. So, 4 out of 5 stars for the bar issue and the water seal issue.Sorry if my thoughts appear to jump around. Never have liked writing out my thoughts.

Compact size
The box is very compact for the ampacity. On the other hand, of course, is the resulting reduced wiring space inside. I was putting the max 35mm track 62A breaker inside which uses #6 wire. I work with electrical often and there are tricks to mounting the larger wire in smaller space. You can do it but take care. Works perfect for a set of 15A breakers and #14 wire. There are the normal ground and neutral bars for neutral and ground wires.I mounted the enclosure inside so can only say that it is gasketed and has separate door to keep direct weather off. Of course, any electrical enclosure will be better off with any shelter from weather available.
