I have been buying New Chapter vitamins, herbs for a few years.I do at times buy other brands, but New Chapter is the only one I really trust.They are a responsible company, and environmental sound.I eat Vegan 98% of the time. I was excited to notice New Chapter has a Vegan Omega 3 complex thatIs plant based Animal friendly.This omega 3 is healthy for your heart , brain, and eyes.When eating salmon for the omega 3 , almost all salmon now is farm raised, which also means, it’sFed chemicals and chemicals dyes that are suppose to be the color of wild Alaskan salmon, but chemicals and dyes also Cause cancer. The color is lighter, and we have now out fished salmon, or it is also comingFrom polluted waters.Taking the New Chapter Omega 3 is safe , it’s plant base no poison, Animal friendly , and easy to swallow.

I am super impressed and 100% satisfied.The gelcaps are made from tapioca and they are really cool looking (check out my photo). These do a little fishy taste if you plan on sucking out the insides. They are made from sea algae so it is no surprise they have a little fishy flavor. If you just swallow them you won’t notice, but I did want to mention all this.This is a good price for the best quality on the market and I am completely happy with this product!

These capsules are longer than a dime, but slim. They went down easily, and there's only 1 capsule per serving!When I opened the bottle, there was a briny/ocean smell. It's not off-putting, and there's no fishy aftertaste.These are made from algal oil, so I don't have to worry about mercury. I like that they are cultivated, and not taken from the ocean.

This supplement combined with my herbal vitamins has made me feel the best I've felt in a year. I can't take most prenatal supplements as my body does not break them down properly and it causes me many problems so finding this vegan supplement has been a game changer for me as I have a lot of dietary restrictions. The pill was bigger than I had originally expected but it wasn't too hard for me to swallow and it doesn't have a taste.
