Let me begin by saying there is a lot to like about this product. It is very attractively designed. As other reviewers have stated, the packaging is insanely high-end. Battery life is excellent. I have used it for multiple sessions over multiple days without even getting close to draining it. The volume is adequate for most purposes.This speaker loses points in two areas. First and foremost, the sound is flat. FLAT. I listen to mostly jazz vocalists, and this speaker simply lacks midrange. Secondly, the audio confirmation of Bluetooth connectivity is very loud, and not controlled by the volume setting. Don't try to connect or disconnect Bluetooth with someone sleeping nearby. My third complaint is the circular volume touch control. Other reviewers seemed to really like this, but I found it extremely annoying. I never know where I am on the range, or where to touch or not, and if you touch in the wrong spot you can either blast volume or cut it in half. And, it makes a series of loud pops as you move up and down the scale. That seems unnecessary. A linear slider would have been much more precise than the virtual disc.

I unfortunatly have to rate my unit for my needs a 3. I was dead on rating this a 5 on the most part BUT...1) 30 days after using this one or more of the speakers crackles now (I never really use max volume either). If this would have happened a day or two later I would not be able to return it.2) They got to cute with the volume control. I have had a heck of a time turning this up and down. Sometimes it does the OPPOSITE of what I want it to do. Clockwise in the circle should be up. Counter should be down. Hard to get it to respond correctly.3) If you unpair and forget about this being on, it will not turn off. Most BT speakers have a time out function and saves us from our own demise.The Good:1) Yours might not break. Obviously, if it does it would upset you like it did me, so you may be happy with your unit. The volume issue might not apply to you, most people use volume from their phone I would think. So the whole reason I knocked off two stars my not apply to you.2) This hands down beats any similar size BT Speaker I have owned. Good bass for the size and max volume. Lower price than the brand name in the big box stores too. It has a SD Card Slot so you don't have to pair it with your phone. Nothing is more annoying than entertaining people with phone calls and text coming in. Note on the SD Card, it only plays your songs in ORDER. No Shuffle. Almost all that will play from a SD Card are like this BTW.3) Get it and test it out. Hope it works for you because if it does you will like it. This feels like a break up with someone you still have emotions for. For now I am moving on but think I could go back, if I get a new working unit I may overlook that volume issue.4) Re-search this item on Amazon, there are many listings for it and some might (are while I am typing this) be cheaper.

I would give it a 5 if not for the charging situation. It will not charge if it is on and you have the USB charging cable connected. It has to be off with the charging cable connected to charge. it also keeps wanting to go to Bluetooth mode if you leave the charging cable attached when turned on (I use the SD card for music mode most of the time). So you have to get in a charging routine, plugging the charging cable in and turning off to charge, then unplugging the charging cable to use, no other devices I have that need to be charged require this kind of effort. Aside from this the sound is very good for the size. .

I bought this for my son as a birthday gift and he LOVES it. He can listen to music, pair his tablet/phone to it & talk through the speaker. He love the fact that it's mobile and he takes it outside with him & to the bathroom to listen while in the shower. This is probably one of the best gifts I've given him and I didn't break the bank doing it.His only complaint is that the volume button is a digital circle and its sometimes difficult to adjust volume.

Great product, Very Loud. BUT sometimes it is difficult to control the volume since it is touch sensitive and does not ALWAYS respond correctly. Adjusting the volume on your phone does NOT change the output volume from the speakers, unlike most other Bluetooth speakers. Alexa can play music through the speaker once you connect them together with an aux cord. But sound quality from Alexa is not as good as just using your phone with Bluetooth. Overall I love the product. Sleek design, huge battery, and 26Watts.

The speaker was not loud enough and the bass was almost non-existent. I was extremely disappointed; for it purported to be louder than most speakers of its ilk and the specs also said that the bass was of a deep nature. I was not happy and meant to send it back but got involved with other things and now I am stuck with it.

For the price.... AWESOME!! I LOVE THE LED LIGHT, THE SOUND IS PRETTY CLEAR AND DOESN'T DISTORT, SUPER BASS, AND PAY ATENTION WITH SOMETHING.... USE IT WITH BLUETOOTH, BECAUSE I MADE AUX CONNECTION AND IT DECREASED REALLY BAD, I THINK ABOUT FROM 100% TO 75% FROM THE MAX VOLUME!ENJOY IT!! HEY..... TRY IT WITH "FENCY" FROM IGGY AZALEA!!

Fantastic sound. The bass is not muddy even at high volumes when there is also no internal component / speaker mount vibrations. The touch controls are fine, the volume control needs a little practice to get used to. It work seamlessly with my Echo Dot and with several Mac computers.

Really amazing speaker. Perfect for a smaller apartment or a room. Sleek design and easy very easy to use. Lasts a long time without being plugged in.
