Jebao SW-2 Wave Maker Marine Aquarium Wave Maker Pump with Controller Fit 12-20 inch Tank,130-800 GPH

I used Jebao wavemakers on my tanks for YEARS without any issues, I was out of the hobby for a few years and coming back of course went straight to Jebao for what I thought was a reliable product. Wavemaker was purchased on January 31, 2025 so in less than 2 months the pump throughout the day randomly runs in reverse and has to have the power unplugged and then plugged back in to change rotation of the pump. I did not listen to those reviews left stating all the issues with Jebao wavemakers seeing my long track record with great products, but now Amazon will not accept a return seeing I am outside of the return window. Sad to see once an affordable and reliable product go down the drain.

Purchased in April 2024.... was working fine. Then after a water change and cleaning, I turned everything back on and it wasn't working at all. Looked at it so see what I could see and there was nothing noticeable whatsoever. It's now October 2024 and the wave maker will not work anymore.

These are great. They seem to only last a year or two but they are quiet and work very well till they burn out

I have purchased this product multiple times for my saltwater reef tank. Of the 3 purchased, 2 quit working on my - just froze up. I will buy a different wave maker moving forward.
