mine arrived broken
My container arrived cracked so storing a chemical in a cafe that has no seal, is a no go. I wanted to exchange it for one with a lid, but you can't send it back. Amazon was gracious and refunded it. The roaster soakz is a great addition to the water to help clean a coffee roaster (I had to purchase from another vendor), but it still requires some sweat equity to get the coffee "glue" out of the pipes. Would not purchase from them again as it was poorly packaged (the box was too big and it was not wrapped well which caused the container to split open) and then the hassle of trying to get a replacement was a struggle.
