Light had been used!
Received light this morning but when I opened it I was shocked to see state of it. It had clearly been installed outside and then returned. The wires were frayed, there was rust on fittings and dirt on the rear, whilst the light itself had debris on the inside of the protective cover! This should NEVER have been despatched to a customer.

Bough in 2024 march allready sroped working
Light output colour all good, paired it with pir sensor over my garage, bought in 2024 march just started blinking like crazy disconnected sensor still blinks, so the light is for the bin was expecting better from ledvance, warranty supose to be 5 years but when i look at their website theres not even proper email or something just gives adress for uk branch its 2025 i wont be sending post. Just gonna by different light different brand this is why only 2 stars

Test before you install
I bought two of these lights and was using one as a replacement and then one as a spare. I installed the fitting and as soon as it activated my RCD tripped. I spent a while trying to figure out what the problem was and due to the fitting being new initially discounted it. After a while fault finding i tested the fitting and there was a live to earth fault on the fitting. Its sealed so could not open. Sent back and got a refund, but disappointed at the rigmarole i had gone though. The second fitting was ok.
