I love this knife. It is super sharp and has a comfortable grip. Wonderful value and quality for the money.

Highly recommend just be careful!! I've worked in a kitchen for 6 years and managed to cut myself with this bad boy within an hour of pulling it out lol.

When you work in a commercial kitchen you arent using fancy Damascus steel blades, this is more in line with what you'll be using. These are weighted for efficient cutting, but also would recommend at least middling knife skills before purchasing to save a trip to the hospital to get your finger tip reattached. I joke, but have seen it more than twice---the damage these bad boys can do with someone without basic knife handling skills, so heads up wanna be cheftains...I haven't needed much more than a honing so far, and a stone is out for this style of knife and the last kitchen I did work in, they were part of a knife supplier/sharpening vendor that showed up weekly to swap out and replace with freshly sharpened.I'll have to try a few different sharpeners when they do get to a point that steel honing isn't the issue, but some edge work is needed.

We use these knives at my job. They are easy to handle. They have a great blade to start out, but do need sharpening about every 2 weeks. I think they are worth the price that they are. Especially to use in home for general cooking

I do not recommend this item waste of money didn’t last for two months and it stopped working.

The knife is nice but shipping came in a little late than expected

I am giving the knife 4 stars because it is weighted great and cuts amazing. But mine arrived with some rust marks on it straight out of the box.
