Noticeable difference in my 17 inch biceps with these.
Out of the box I was confused on how to set them up but they come with instructions thankfully. They can fit a variety of people and provide great resistance no matter how big or small your bicep is. I feel and see a difference after about 2 weeks of consistent workout. Its a nice color and is very portable to take on trips to the gym. They don't slip at all which is a surprise for me with the other bands I have used. These work great and they come with many benefits so yes I recommend for price and quality!

Used Them Once - So Far So Good...
I don't know what the long-term effects of occlusion training will be, so this is a quick review of the product...I'm obviously new to this type of training so I didn't feel I needed to go super-pro or spend a lot of $$$ at this early stage. I'm not a huge guy by any means, but not small either. I'm 16" at the bicep and had no trouble with arm bands at all - they stayed in place and there was plenty of strap to spare when tightened. The width is good and don't know what the benefit would be for a wider strap at the arm (the strap is going to do the job regardless of the width - perhaps a wider band is more comfortable, more effective - I don't know). In any event, I modified my workout as recommended using lighter weights, more sets, higher reps, etc. And, yes I was pumped noticeably more than without straps (I should have measured - maybe next time). I also should have paid more attention to the tightness in my arms and legs as I was working out, because there was a definite increase that I'm sure should have been adjusted (loosened the straps a bit).Anyway, I'm totally satisfied that the product is a good one. The elastic seems to be aggressive but not overly so, and the fastener is easy to operate, stays in place, and doesn't feel uncomfortable when it's tight against the skin. I like the fact that I got 4 straps instead of 2... I wore all four during the entire workout, which seems to be what you're supposed to do.The PDF instruction book looks to be pretty good. Using the 1-10 scale for how tight you should make things in theory sounds great but I think in practice is still subjective. In other words my inexperienced 5 may actually be an actual 8 or a 9 and thus may be too tight. The only way to alleviate this uncertainty is to have someone experienced help you out, or just keep at it using trial & error. One thing's for sure, I did feel some tingling (but no numbness) near the end of the workout which leads me to believe I may have started off a little too tight and/or should have made an adjustment. I'm probably doing what most people will do - thinking that more is more when it's actually not, and making the straps too tight. Next workout I'll adjust and see what happens.I'm not sure why this product only has one review (now two) - maybe it's new... maybe people just go for the 'featured' item, who knows? I took a chance and am glad that I did. I was looking for a quality set of four straps for one reasonable price, and this item definitely fits the bill. D

Decent for starting BFR
They really should come with instructions. The link to instructions goes to the Amazon sell page. Took a while to figure out how to pass the strap through the buckle in a way that allows placing enough tension for BFR. Once I figured out the right way, they do seem to give decent flow restriction and did not pinch. Will see how they hold up.

BFR Bands! Blood Occlusion Training! Check it out!
The BFR Bands are absolutely incredible!!! I have not experienced pumps like this ever! I have taken every pre workout supplement under the sun, this is a while other level! I did a little research on the bands and gained some understanding as to what they do and how it can benefit my training routine. They work to restrict the venous blood flow from the muscle. This creates a hold of blood to the muscle. We all know, more blood and greater sense of hypertrophy, equals size and strength gains. Not only do these bands work to restrict the blood flow out and create the incredible pump effect; they also play a neurological role in what they do. These bands essentially trick ur brain into thinking that your muscles are lifting heavier and harder and experiencing a greater work load. Hence forcing that hypertrophy without the heavy lifting.I have trained using these bands several times now, having warn them on my arms for chest, back and arms/shoulder workouts. I have also recently tried them on leg day. I must say that the quad pump I had, was like feeling cement in my legs! The quality of the bands are sturdy, strong and durable. Adjusting the tension is easy, applying them is easy too. As far as comfort goes; The material is strong and tough, comfort is not a 10, but def not uncomfortable. They stay in place and don’t shift. As far as the excessOf the strap once tightened down, it can be tucked into the strap. It again isn’t the most comfortable method, but does work and they do stay in place. I didn’t purchase these for looks and comfort, I purchased them for the application. The BFR Bands have definitely exceeded my expectations as far as use is concerned! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to increase strength and or size, looking to change up their routine, or beginners who cannot lift heavy weight. They’re application can benefit a plethora of fitness levels.

One of my favorite tools
I became a trainer with ISSA 2021 and learned about this form of training with my studies! I never had the chance to use these up until now and I cant imagine how I’ve been doing without them. For good results with low work I find these highly practical! I’m glad to have added these to my tool kit, so much so that I bought a second pair!
