Drafting Chair Tall Office Chair Mid-Back Mesh Ergonomic Computer Chair High Adjustable Standing Desk Chair with Lumbar Support Adjustable Foot Ring and Flip-Up Arms (Black)

Needed an office chair higher than usual to make my computer desk more "ergonomic" and a search led me to "drafting chairs," like this one. Didn't want to spend a lot of money so I settled on this item. Assembly was easy (except for a missing bolt, read on; and LEGO-like picture assembly instructions, no text). The chair seems very well made, and adjustment of height was easy too.When the box arrived some of the hardware was loose in the box, having somehow escaped the plastic-over-cardboard thing for all the bolts, etc. Gathered them all up but found one bolt (for the seat) was missing, even after opening the "spare/extra parts" package.Hopped on Amazon to notify seller FDW STORE, through Amazon. Promptly got a message back that the 90 day warranty on the chair had expired. Funny, **I had bought the chair only 4 days ago.** Sent another message to seller, told them I just bought the chair a few days ago, got the same "out of warranty" reply. Got on Amazon customer service chat, ostensibly they were contacting the seller but apparently that didn't happen. I figured out that we had bought, on Amazon, a different chair in Feb. 2021, from "BESTOFFICE STORE" and when the seller of this new chair submitted their "out of warranty" reply they were looking at that 2021 purchase; they actually sent me a screen shot of the OLD chair, not the one I just bought. (Apparently FDW STORE and BESTOFFICE STORE are the same business using different names.) Tried telling the seller that when they denied warranty on the new chair they were basing that on an older chair. I heard nothing back from them. I got a bolt that worked from Lowes for about $0.50, and solved my problem, but the seller's stubborn refusal to realize the mistake they made, and send me a lousy bolt, really pis*sed me off.

I use this chair as my exclusive office chair. I have a high desk so it was difficult to find a material chair that met my support, comfort, and style. Very versatile, hardware is of high quality. Customer Service is EXCELLENT. Very prompt and resolution focused. If I needed more chairs, I'd buy more!

I was surprised by how easy it was to assemble this chair. It looks great and it's good for the price. However, the seat doesn't have an adjustable tilt or rocking function. The back also doesn't adjust at all with me back so when I try to sit back, the back of the chair doesn't move at all which is not comfortable -- I cannot sit at a perfect 90-degree angle comfortably. The lumbar support is only adjustable to move up and down, and doesn't flex/adjust to fit my body. I do like how high it can be raised -- I'm 5'8" and it is tall enough for me to have to use the foot bar to climb into it when fully raised. I also like the color and the seat is comfortable enough to sit in for a full day of work, despite its lack of tilt-adjustability.

I did not assemble this chair so I cannot comment on that feature. The chair is perfect to use with my new standing desk. It is easy to adjust, and I like the flip up arm rests so I can get in close to my desk when needed. Very comfortable, with an adjustable lumbar support. Overall a great purchase.

Awesome! Good quality chair for 250 lb. man. Easy to assemble. Works very well in classroom setting!

I needed a chair that was higher than typical to be more ergonomic. I like this chair in theory, especially the way the arms work. It was easy enough to put together. However, it's really not very comfortable. The seat feels like it leans forward -- I'm a very average sized person ~130lbs so it's not like I'm over the limit. The back is slightly adjustable, but no matter where I put it, isn't great.Unfortunately I tossed the box and it would be a pain to take apart this chair anyway, otherwise I would return it.

So far this chair has delivered as promised. With the price of these chairs usually running unreasonably high for quality designs like this one it’s a steal. It wasn’t the easiest assembly ever. Getting started was a little confusing because the instructions are not as straightforward as they could have been. Overall though easily worth the price

Comfortable with secure hydraulics so the chair doesn't drop unexpectedly!Highly recommend!!!
