Item arrived defective, refund refused on a technicality. Terrible customer service.
Seller not recommended! We purchased this part for $111 on January 11 and it took over a month to arrive. We then couldn't get our plumber in until May 25 to replace the part, which was still in its packaging. The plumber was not able to get the part to work -he deemed it defective. We needed to find a new part locally, which then resolved our issue. I approached the Seller to request a refund, and was denied because we were beyond the 90-day return policy. Terrible customer service.

Fixed the leaking valve.
The original valve lasts for 5 years and starts leaking. Used the serial number to find this one, and this exactly fit and fix the problem.
