Scruples Pearl Finish Humectant Pomade - Flexible Hold Frizz Control Flyaway Tamer (2 oz)

I used Scruples Humectant pomade on my short hair for years to add body and shine to my fine hair. The product disappeared for a few years- couldn't find it anywhere. I tried several other products, but they were heavy or greasy. Now Scruples product is back and I'm very happy to see it. It is light, water-soluble, and adds shine and just the right amount of body. Great product!

I’m over the moon happy that this product is finally available again!! It’s literally been 4 years since it’s been available through Scruples, Inc. They have had a difficult time getting it from the maker for some reason, which started about the time Covid began. My hair loves this stuff, Scruples Pearl Finish Humectant Pamade. It’s light weight texturizing, and gives a wonderfully supple, healthy gloss shine to my hair.

This product is excellent. I used it to help keep my hair in place (rather than damaging from hairspray) when I wore is very, very short. Now I've let my hair grow long again and it's still great for keeping my hair styled the way I want. I use just a little dab, rub it all over my fingers and lightly run my fingers through my hair down to the roots. I use it just before my hair is totally dry and its much easier to work into my hair. I just comb or brush my hair in whatever style I want and it's set. The shine is beautiful but there is no sticky feeling to my hair and it's all very natural looking and feeling.

Have used this product for a long time now, recommend by my stylist. Leaves my hair feeling soft with a little shine.

Love it! Great, very light scent, and gives my hair the perfect textured look when I run a little through on my dried hair.

I bought this as it was recommended in place of the John Frieda Spun Gold that was discontinued several years ago and I have been looking for replacement ever since. This is a nice product, does have some shine, but not the wax type product I was looking for. Otherwise, a good product, not a huge quantity, but a little goes a long way.

Scruples stopped making this. What are you using instead

I have highlighted blonde hair which can look dry and brassy. The slight silver shine seems to cool the brassiness which I like. Love the silkiness it gives my hair, especially on day two. Makes my hair texture looks like it did when I was younger. I really like the scent. I use it daily and one little jar has lasted 6 months. Very pleased and just purchased again.
