Great for the job
Great price. Do the job their supposed to do. Arrived on time.

Has it's uses
I wouldn't like to rake out grout completely with this tool, but I find it particularly useful for scraping off the top layer of dirt/grime to reveal the clean white grout below. Only good for once or twice but at least it avoids the work of a regrout.

Complete waste of time
Bought this tool to remove grout from existing bathroom floor tiles after the seemingly decent reviews. After approx 2-3 mins use, the head broke off rendering it useless. Why do I purchase this chinese rubbish??
