Q: How do i return this thing? The battery wont charge

I have had mine for over a month and battery just started acting up. It's beyond the Amazon return policy window. Have tried contacting company directly, NO RESPONSE!! Amazon is useless...they tried giving me a number in China...can you imagine!?!?! This is who they are allowing to sell through their platform. Very poor customer service...keep that in mind when purchasing. This is my third head shaver, this company is my first time. All three times the battery was the issue. May just go get me a real name brand that actually backs up their products.

back cover of one shave head was broken off when received.

Maybe it would work well, but on unpacking, I found a back cover of one head was broken off , I didn't use it. But returning process seems to be a lengthy one, so far not refunded.
