The quality is fine but Steelman stamped the incorrect part # in this one. Should have been a 65MM but it only measures 63.75MM. It will not even fit a 64MM filter (K&N PS-1003) as there is usually a bit of slop on cap wrenches. I have the Steelman wrench for that filter (06136) and it fits/works perfectly and is marked correctly. The 65MM version is .030" smaller that the 64MM wrench so this is clearly a Steelman quality control issue. Of course Amazon will make good on it which is why we use them.

This 65mm wrench doesn't fit my 65mm oil filters unless I use a hammer to pound it on.

Sold as a Honda Civic oil filter wrench, but doesn't easily fit the filter. It will fit the filter after a couple of taps from a rubber mallet, but once off one must wrestle the old filter out of the wrench. It works but fails the quality issue.

I bought it for my motorcycle oil filter. It fits perfectly.

Fits Triumph Thruxton 1200R. I used it to change my oil.

I bought the Steelman 65mm x 14 flute cap wrench (same spec as the OEM Honda cap wrench) to work on the OEM Honda filter and Purolator BOSS PBL14610 for a 2010 CR-V, but it is slightly undersized such that the wrench wouldn't fit over either of these filters. My dial caliper indicates that this Steelman wrench is 64.2mm on the flats, 64.9mm on the corners. Maybe the sizing didn't take into account the black paint covering the inside of the tool?Amazon treated me right and refunded my money.I ended up using an adjustable cap wrench, which worked fine.
