I purchased this webcam because of the price, not realizing what I needed or what it was for. It is a toy webcam with the BRATZ label.Although the shipper did provide exceptionally quick service and a product at a price that couldn't be beat, I did not know that the manufacturer had problems. There are no drivers included with it, making it difficult to locate the correct drivers online. Although it will accept the legacy drivers in Windows 7, WinXP was a disaster. I can only advise anyone considering purchasing this to use it with Windows 7 or better.

This webcam is part of an order I purchased for my niece as a gift. How disappointing...the only thing you can see on this webcam is black ...and a light from a flashlight if you hold it up to the webcam. People should not be able to sell things like this. They have to know it does not work and neither do the speakers. A very very disappointing product and a very disappointed little girl. Don't waste your money.

this says its a web cam and it is not i ordered this for the kids for their school since we have to do work on computer very disappointed

The Bratz Be-Bratz "webcam" isn't really a webcam. It takes pictures and short videos and you record those to a file and then send them but you CANNOT use it in a chat session for live video.

I still haven't found out how to connect this product. It came with no instructions or driver information. if anyone can assist me I will greatly appreciate it.
