Okay, please don’t judge my body shape. That’s the whole reason I’m trying to get this waist trainer to help me sweat.I am 5,2. I weigh 195. I ordered an 2XL. It fits nice and snug and it doesn’t make me feel like I can’t breathe. I really like the way it feels on. I had it on for two hours and I could almost forget that it was there except that I was sweating. I look forward to future results. I would definitely recommend people to get this product. I read several reviews & saw several photos bf purchasing. I'm 5'3 & 3/4inches & weigh approx 175. I opted for the medium & glad I did. 1. It's comfortable. I wear it several hours a day whether I'm working, cleaning or exercising. Even when watching TV. 2. Reviews are right when it comes to wearing it for the 1st time. I was barley able to get it to hook on the first row! Day 2. I was able to hook it with ease. Day 3 I was able to hook & zip it! I had to lay flat to zip it. I can actually breathe in it & don't feel winded at all. 4. It covers my entire stomach..yes that bottom super fatty part. AWESOMENESS! I posted photos.I wish I could pull the top flap tighter but it's not adjustable. The reviews did mention this. I highly recommend this WT.

I just received my new order and I am excited to start wearing this during my workouts. I ordered a XL and I am currently 254 lbs. It fits nice and snug, and the material is amazing. It’s thick, stretching and durable. I love that it comes with clips, zipper and Velcro strap.

I was super skeptical about buying a waist trainer and I have debated it for years. I finally purchased this one and I am so happy I did. The quality is great. I love that it has the hooks, zipper, and velcro to really keep everything tight. It is very comfortable to wear and the boning in it does help me to not slouch. I have the ever frustrating love handles and tummy pooch and this sucks everything in. It makes my belly sweat not profusely but in small amounts so hopefully some of that tummy fat will go away. It does not make my skin itchy. The material is stretchy and soft. I am 100% happy I bought this. I am also 5'4" 130 pounds and I ordered a small and it fits perfect.

Unlike many other waist trainers at this price range, the size is more true to American sizes than most. So order your normal American size if not smaller if you want a tight fight and you will be very happy! Pros: It is very well made and supportive. Great at staying put when working out and vigorous activity. Seems to be durable and long lasting, Amazing price! you'll hard pressed to find a waist trainer this nicely well made, and truer to size than most at this price. Cons: looks bulky under clothing, not advisable to wear under a dress or something close fitting. You can wear under a big sweater, jacket or something like that is fine :) . I'm 5'10" and was 38"-29"-40" pretty close to an hourglass shape, and I got a Medium which was fine at my size if was using it as posture support, however I really wanted it really pull me in tight so a small was the final size I decided on which am very happy with and am now 37"-27"-40"! I love it!
