PRO-Active Sports Orthotic Insoles Arch and Plantar Fasciitis Support (5/6.5 UK)

I work 10 hour shifts on concrete floors doing around 20k steps a shift.feet take a pounding .these have made my feet less tired etc.arch support seems a bit hard at first but you get used to it.ive suffered with plantar fasciiatis in the past I hope this helps in the future.been using about a month .seem good .I would highly recommend 👌

Good quality and seems to be doing its job on easing the pain on my knee

This didn’t give much arch support, it’s a perfectly good insole but not noticeably better than ordinary insoles and not worth paying extra for the medical aspect.

Brought these for my daughter (20) after she had been advised to get them by the MSK at our GP surgery, she has suffered with lower back pain with mild scoliosis all her teenage years she was told at appointment she also has flat feet which could be contributing to the pain.She said these are amazing and her new best friend, instant relief the moment she put them in her shoes - big thumbs up from us !(Brought size 3-4 and they have markings on them to trim to exact size)

Arrived promptly. Seem well made. Easily cut to fit. Have only given 4 stars as I want to see how long they last, having had other types in the past that flattened and lost the cushioning effect very quickly. I hope these will prove a better buy.

Effective support

I hadn't worn some proper insoles for a while and when i first inserted these into my boots they were pretty painful to walk to the train station in! However, after this passes you get use to them and they give a solid supportive arch.I've bought a couple more sets for my other shoes now.

Very firm and I found them unwearable but I have sensitive feet, not enough cushioning.
