Very bad quality. The switch on/off button stooped working after using the product only twice.

I have both stenosis and sciatica, lucky me!! I love the mobility and heat settings on this product. I set it on low and can walk around with this nice heat that keeps my back from hating me. The only improvement they really need to make is how you fasten it. You must twist around to your right side to push the strap through the buckle, because the strap with the buckle on the end is too short. Then you must push the strap back through the buckle. It's very awkward. Pulling the strap tight entails trying to hold the buckle so the strap will slide through. This is also very awkward. The problem is that if your back is hurting, twisting around to fasten the strap is painful. So, thanks, you just made easing the pain painful to apply. Duh! Still, even with the poor placement of the buckle, I would recommend it just for the comfort it provided and the mobility.Later:I have used it several times now, and It's so good, I would put it up against my Tommy Cooper back belt any day of the time. In fact, I don't use the Tommy Copper anymore because this product is so much better. The belt stretches so you can get a really tight and secure fastening that makes you sure it's not going to fall off when you walk or move around. I got over the short belt part with the buckle. I loosen it and pull the buckle around in front, buckle it up, and rotate it back into position.Based on the use I have made of it so far, it is a great product. I've purchased half a dozen others before I found this one. I highly recommend it.

I received the product quickly, however I charged the battery but did not USE the product for several weeks. I charged it again before a family trip. I attempted to use the product on the trip, but the battery was not functioning. It would appear charged, but it would not stay on. I contacted the company and they sent me a new battery, at no cost to me, despite the amount of time had passed since my order. My new battery worked PERFECTLY. This heating pad gets HOT - it's just what I needed for when away from home (primarily in the car) for long periods of time. I would DEFINITELY recommend this product and this company! What a relief to find a company that makes things right without a huge hassle!

This thing is amazing. I had sciatica and was headed on a two week trip including a 12 hour plane ride. The heat belt lasted around 4-5 hours and I bought an extra battery as backup. The heat works incredibly well, it fit under clothes so that it didn’t have to be noticeable and no problems with TSA. I highly recommend it!!
