MAKES PERFECT SOFT ROTI'S. NEED TO PUT IN A PINCH OF SALT AND MIX WITH BOILING HOT WATER AND KNEAD FOR A COUPLE OFF MINUTES. MAKE INTO SMALL BALLS AND ROLL OUT.

Its a cement not flour
Its a cement not flour, makes roti very hard and dry, it cracks when u flat it, so end up in making small thick piece of chapati hard to chew on. Dont waste money, my most regret, had to threw it away
