Miracle product
Miracle product. I even use it to cover a couple of cracks in my shower floor. Works great. No leaks and no peeling. Even after a year.

Great stuff
This tape is super sticky and will not remove easily. Make sure before you apply, once it’s on. It’s on.

Great price, fast delivery
Fast delivery. A little expensive for such a small amount of product (approximately 3 feet). Haven't had time yet to "put it to the test" but will do so once I have. Purchased on the recommendation of a neighbor, who swears by this stuff and he's a fanatic about perfection; so we'll see. Wish he would have mentioned how skimpy the product amount was.

excellent product with easy use
Flex Tape is an outstanding product! I used the 4 in x 5 ft roll to seal leaks around my home and on my garden hose, and it worked perfectly. The rubberized, waterproof tape is incredibly easy to apply—just peel and stick! It forms a strong, flexible bond that holds up well, even in wet conditions. Whether it's sealing a leak in a pipe or patching up my hose, Flex Tape provides a quick and reliable fix. It's durable, versatile, and has become my go-to solution for any emergency repair. Highly recommend!

Not as useful as they make it out to be
I tried using flex tape instead of sealant on a washing machine. It doesn't seal properly, even though it stays mostly stuck to the surface. Maybe useful in a pinch, but not really a replacement for proper sealant.

Caution! You, too, may get a defective roll!
I ordered two of these rolls for a bathroom project. I am giving it a 1 star because the first roll I opened was a disaster. The plastic film was on the outside of the roll instead of on protecting the adhesive side so you could unroll it and peel the plastic film off as you went. So the adhesive was stuck to itself and had to be peeled off the roll like you would an old roll of duct tape--which is next to impossible, since the adhesive really does adhere! I couldn't cut it with scissors because the scissors stuck to the adhesive. With two of us, we tried to cut a foot long section--but that was impossible. My fingers were stuck to both ends and by the time I pried them loose, the tape was stuck to itself. I was ready to throw both rolls in the trash but decided to open the second one just to see if it was the same. Luckily, I was able to make use of the second roll. It had the plastic film over the adhesive, so you could cut a piece and peel off the plastic as you stuck the adhesive side to the project. Also, when they say it's 5 feet, it is. There's not a half an inch to spare. So after you unpeel and unroll the red paper wrapping be careful to stop and not waste any of your actual tape--or you will come up short of the 5 feet. But, if you don't mind all the hassle, it actually does adhere and appears to be waterproof. My final complaint is that it only comes in 4" and 8" widths and has to be ordered online. Not a single store in the State of Maine (as far as I could find) has the tape. They have plenty of the liquid, the spray, and the tube-like products. And, how about a 2" tape? That would be useful for a lot of projects I can think of. Overall, not a happy experience.

Worked Exceptionally Well To Repair Travel Trailer Shower
We have a travel trailer with a hard plastic surround in the shower. The last winter it got cold enough that the surround had a long horizontal crack in it.. Nothing was broken off, but the crack ran the entire length of one wall and made it impossible to use the shower without risking water leaking pretty severely. The surround will likely be replaced eventually, but it is ridiculously expensive so we were hoping to put off the expense for a year or two if possible. Like many I had seen the Flex Tape commericals and was a little unsure due to the over-the-top antics of the spokesman, but was curious if it really lived up to the hype. I found a news station review of the tape where they duplicated the uses shown in the commercial and gave a very favorable review. I am very pleased to say this tape was very easy to put in place and has held up with no separation or leaking through a large number of showers. While not a perfect repair, the tape actually looks pretty decent and may end up in place longer than we originally anticipated. In my experience, this tape is well worth the cost and I will be buying more for future repair projects.

works like a charm
i had a crack in my aluminum rain downspout, and when it rained heavilyy, water would come out through this crack. I used the white flex tape. It was easy to install, and now no more leaks. I would recommend this as it stuck tightly to the downspout and is a thick material. If you read the instructions, which some reviewers apparently did not, it says to leave the backing on tape and cut it to desired size. The tape is very sticking, but only after you take off the backing. It was difficult to cut with scissors but a box cutter worked well. The instructions also say that the tape adhesives may resist bonding to plasticized materials, siliconized, greasy, oily, dirty and porous surfaces. It stuck easily and solidly to my aluminum spout. I had thought about using grout, but this product was exactly what I needed for this job. I just wish it came in less than 5 foot lengths. I used about six inches.
