Soul Soothing and Calming Creative Tea Blends!
These three teas are perfect for different moods. The Mint Sage tea is an aromatic and refreshing herbal tea that is perfect for the afternoon with a little honey and stevia. This left me deep in thought and very mellow. Physically this had the affect of getting rid of anxiety - I felt so relaxed. The Grapefruit Honeybush is my favorite nighttime tea before bed. With a little honey and stevia it is delicious. It is slightly citrusy and I love how I sleep better after drinking it.The Rooibos tea is perfect with half-and-half and stevia in the morning when you don't need caffeine and want to feel serene. It has notes of vanilla and is sort of a unique shade of reddish amber. I vote this the best rooibos tea I've ever tried and since growing up in Africa, I've tried a lot! You may also want to pair this with a cookie for tea time in the afternoon. These teas are all organic everything and have a very positive vibe to them. Your positive karma will increase every time you drink these! I could swear my day or night just goes better. The Grapefruit Honeybush ingredients include: honeybush leaf, grapefruit peel, white hibiscus flowers, lemon peel, lemongrass, gingerroot, licorice root and grapefruit oil.The Mint Sage tea ingredients include: peppermint leaf, sage leaf, lemon peel, spearmint leaf, eucalyptus leaf, licorice root, lavender flowers and lavender extract. The Rooibos is just straight organic rooibos from Africa I assume! That is the only place I know it is grown. These teas are perfect for yourself, but they would also make a nice gift for someone you love.~The Rebecca Review

Rooibos was good, rest need two teabags to be strong enough for me
This last year I had decided to get sampler packs from all my favorite teas: Stash, Bigelow, Twinings, Numi and such, so when I was offered these teas, I jumped at them. I have made a spreadsheet of all the teas that I have tasted in the last 6 months, so I’m very much aware of my own preferences. For instance, I like Chai, a lot, but not with anise so much and I prefer it with cinnamon over ginger. I have discovered I like mint tea, but not spearmint so much and Rooibos tea is a favorite, even alone. I dislike white tea.So with that in mind my comments on this tea set and which types were included:But first the ingredients of each:Choice Rooibos:**** Organic RooibosChoice Grapefruit Honeybush:**** Organic Honeybush leaf,**** Organic Grapefruit peel,**** Organic White Hibiscus Flower.**** Organic Lemon Peel,**** Organic Lemongrass,**** Organic Licorice root**** Organic Grapefruit OilChoice Mint Sage:**** Organic Peppermint Leaf,**** Organic Sage Leaf,**** Organic Lemon Peel,**** Organic Spearmint Leaf Oil,**** Organic Eucalyptus Leaf,**** Organic Licorice Root,**** Organic Lavender Flower**** Organic Lavender ExtractWhat I found after having several cups of each, was that they could have been stronger. The Rooibos was closest to what I prefer in strength, but in my tastes, I let it brew for a longer period of time. I’m no stranger to my tea going cold. To me it is still drinkable. The Mint Sage for me was primarily mint in flavor. I never really tasted the Sage. It was a pleasant tea to breathe in as well as drink. It felt like a fairly weak mint teaThe Grapefruit Honeybush was the biggest disappointment. I only tasted the Grapefruit when I was down to the teabag and a small amount of tea and it mostly was the bitterness. As far as the pleasant flavor of Honeybush, it was never apparent. I’ve had Numi Honeybush tea and this did not hold a candle to it.My prior experience of Choice tea was with the Mandarine Ginger and it was a good one. It was strong enough for me. But Ginger and Orange tend to be that way.

Roobis Is Fine, The Other Two Have Licorice Root In Them. ☕☕☕☕
Choice Organics - Herbal Tea Variety Pack Sampler (3 Pack) -I had to chose it because I love herbal tea for its flavor and having no caffeine.I tried the Rooibas tea and it had the typical robust flavor flavor. We are having a heatwave here so I decided to wait and try it in the morning. I have not tried the mint sage flavor yet. I plan to wait until my blood pressure is stablized or give the box to a friend. The mint sage has licorice root in it and I try to avoid it because licorice root can raise blood pressure. The Grapefruit Honeybush is a herbal tea that has both licorice root and grapefruit peel and grapefruit oil. I cannot eat anything with grapefruit in it because it lowers the effectiveness of some of the medicines that I take. 😥 Will have to give it to someone.I would like to tell Herbal Tea companies to please avoid licorice root. That would make their teas sell more.
