24 hour review, small and light weight, hot start and arc force work, value for money.
I bought the Spartan LT 220S (red and black) model. Not the best welding machine out there but for the price you'll be surprised how well it welds with 6013 rods. You may face some problems with 7018 rods at lower currents and short arc length while initiating and maintaining an arc. The machine is very small in size, smaller than it looks in the pictures and one of the cutest machines I've seen and weighs only 2.9Kgs. Arc force and hot start function seem to work alright (not adjustable). Current control is good, and with a good hand you may be able to weld 1mm thick plates as well. However, current displayed isn't very accurate, at cold, 125Amps on the display equals roughly about 90 Amps. However once the machine warms up the actual output current increases a bit, nothing you can't work with and for the price there isn't anything to complain about. For my first use, I used it at 100-120Amps for about 4 hours straight and had no problem at all. Probably one of the best machines you can get for the price. There was a bit of damaged during delivery, the front plate which houses the display and current regulator was a bit bent and there was a very tiny crack at the bottom but it's not a major concern!

Nice product. Very useful to small jobs. But I think packing need to more improved coz holder is total damage. Overall machine is good and I am impressed...

Yah it's good,
Yah the packing is good came in a bubbled seal.The machine is good and all accessories are there. Value for money.No problem for light uses.dont know about higher uses.
